BASF to increase prices for polymer dispersions and powders

Effective October 15 of this year, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices in Europe for polymer dispersions and additives by Euro40 to Euro60 per metric ton and for polymer powders by Euro80 to Euro100 per metric ton. The reasons for these increases are continuously rising production and logistic costs.

The products affected by this price increases are used as polymers for adhesives, binders for fibers, architectural coatings and construction chemicals.
